It is vital to obtain some references provided by any "Contractor" that deal any sort of projects in your property, both small and large. "Contractor" you are dealing with is full of integrity not full of promises yet they score low when they  come do the job. It is your best interest if you first ask them for at least 3 references before you will hire them. You have to do your homework before you buy their flattery words. Remember, it is not what they say but it is how they do it with honesty and sincerity.
